Return Policy
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 days to request an exchange or return your items to us. A refund for the merchandise will be given on items returned in new condition, with the tags still attached.
To return an item, please email customerservice@borgodenor.com and we will send you a shipping label and precise instructions. We will deduct the cost of the Return shipping from the amount refunded to the purchasing card.
Unless your item is inherently faulty, an amount will be deducted from your refund as per below:

An email will be sent once the return has been processed and a refund has been issued. It can take anywhere from 2-14 business days from the receipt of the return package to initiate the refund. Your credit card company or bank may require additional processing time.
